For over 20 years, I’ve explored the vast potential of being human and the soul-level luxury available in every breath. With a foundation in Social Work and Human Services, and deep roots in Yoga, Meditation, Dance, and Breathwork, my path has woven through private practice, counselling, coaching, teaching, and retreat facilitation.
