I'm a Mama, Mentor and Mystic refining and deepening my own experience of being human on my soul's journey.
I've travelled the world exploring and remembering how to feel at home in my body and lit up in my life. Turns out it was coded in a single breath all along.
Now I get to guide humans home to themselves—body, breath, and soul—to live the extraordinary in the everyday.
For over 20 years, I’ve explored the vast potential of being human and the soul-level luxury available in every breath. With a foundation in Social Work and Human Services, and deep roots in Yoga, Meditation, Dance, and Breathwork, my path has woven through private practice, counselling, coaching, teaching, and retreat facilitation.
My vibe? Where human meets soul. Grounded and cosmic. Sacred and real.
Today, I’m living the life I once prayed for—and it’s my joy to guide others in refining, deepening and living the fullest expression of their soul too.
